IT IT Support Analyst

Your function

As an IT Support Analyst, you will be part of a team that gets the right tools into the right hands. A team that understands the heart and soul of DLL (De Lage Landen) and our partners’ businesses.

As an IT Support Analyst, you will: 

• Provide IT Service Desk support services to your DLL colleagues in Australia, New Zealand & across Asia Pacific
• Have strong technical and computer skills to resolve software and hardware issues
• Be in a varied role that will challenge you to be innovative and draw on your technology skills, knowledge, and experience
• Work with multiple technologies, platforms and devices and keep the wheels turning.
• Provide educations and assistance to your DLL colleagues.
• Report to the IT Support Manager with opportunity to occasionally work from home

Day to day

• Incident Resolution and Service Request management across the regional landscape
• Timely and accurate triage of tickets
• Build and maintain positive, constructive partnering relationships
• Tackle complex technical inquires and application support issues
• Create walkthrough guides and assist with internal knowledge base articles
• Maintain a balanced focus on security and efficiency
• Perform all other related duties as assigned

Your Profile

• An undergraduate degree in Information Technology.
• 2+ years of operational IT experience across desktop support and service desk activities supporting Windows and Mac environments
• Strong device management knowledge including Laptops, Peripherals Phones and Tablets
• Knowledge of operating systems, office software, and enterprise software
• A real team player
• Ability to take responsibility and be proactive
• Keen eye for detail and thoroughness in your work
• A natural problem solver and critical thinker
