As the Junior Client Services Executive, you'll be the face of a leading national organisation, delivering exceptional customer service while supporting the day-to-day operations of a busy Brisbane CBD office. You'll work closely with experienced professionals, assisting clients both face-to-face and over the phone, while gaining exposure to administration, dispatch and stock management.

The Role
- Deliver exceptional customer service both face-to-face and over the phone
- Respond to client enquiries via phone, email and online platforms
- Support administration, dispatch, stock management and daily operations
- Assist with sales order processing and client collections
- Build strong relationships with clients and the wider team
- Learn from experienced professionals in a unique and growing industry

- Monday-Friday | 8:30am-4:30pm

- Experience in Retail, Customer Service, Sales or Administration
- Confident communicating with clients face-to-face and over the phone
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
