What will you do

We have an opportunity for a Junior Piping/Mechanical Designer to join our Perth Energy & Resources team and play a part in the technical delivery of a large number of projects. This position is one based on the sustained growth of our business in Perth and will primarily work on bulk fuel projects for clients spanning the government oil & gas and mining sectors.

We know the work we do is vital in assisting our worlds economic development and its the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to bring ideas to life.

• Travel to sites around Australia to as-built current installations
• Produce P&IDs from site inspections
• Produce 3D models in Plant 3D and Inventor
• Utilise Autodesk and MicroStation products to produce drawings isometrics line lists material take-offs and other required drafting deliverables

Firstly you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will have completed the Advanced Diploma in Mechanical Engineering and looking to begin your career in drafting.
