Responsibilities:

• Oversee the Kindergarten program, ensuring its alignment with the American curriculum standards
• Lead and support a team of KG teachers, providing guidance and mentorship
• Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance the learning experience for young students
• Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's holistic development
• Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for young learners

Requirements to APPLY :

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Teaching certification or license
• Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in Kindergarten
• Experience in a leadership or coordinator role
• Familiarity with the American curriculum
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
