At the Victorian Gambling and Casino Control Commission (VGCCC), we are modernising how we regulate the gambling sector. This position sits in a team responsible for designing and delivering processes that ensure complaints and tip-offs received by the VGCCC are triaged, assessed, and managed efficiently and effectively.

Our Opportunity
Fixed Term up to 25 May 2027 (Parental Leave)
The Lead, Complaints and Tip Offs supports the effective management and assessment of complaints and tip-offs, helping to identify non-compliance and progress appropriate regulatory actions. This position works closely with the Investigations team and the broader VGCCC to ensure informed, balanced and effective regulatory outcomes.
To be successful in this position you will have:
- Experience in the management and effective resolution of complaints and or tip offs.
- Experience analysing and assessing information to identify trends and opportunities.
- Experience gathering evidence to support regulatory decision making.
- People leadership experience.
