A large, fully equipped veterinary practice near Ryde is seeking a Lead Veterinarian to join our supportive and fast-paced team.

The Role
As Lead Veterinarian, you will:
- Manage a varied medical and surgical caseload
- Mentor and support the veterinary team
- Help maintain and improve clinical standards
- Contribute to training and team development
- Support day-to-day leadership and workflow
About You
- 5+ years’ small animal experience
- BVSc/DVM or equivalent with NSW registration (or eligibility)
- Confident clinician with strong case management skills
- Interested in mentoring and leadership
- Motivated to contribute to team growth and development
