- Assess training requests by conducting training needs analysis
- Develop training content to cater for multi-modal learning experiences including face-to-face, virtual, online modules and coaching
- Design training resources to support the content using a suite of development and design tools and software
- Apply advanced facilitation skills to deliver training sessions to a wide range of employees across the Group
- Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, assessment results, evidence portfolios and retraining requirements
- Evaluate program effectiveness through assessments, surveys and feedback
- Administer and maintain iLearn to include functions such as program, course, module, student creation and maintenance
- Maintain knowledge of latest trends in learning and development and implement into business
- Proven ability to design learning solutions that support employee growth, aligned with organisational values, best practice, and high-performance outcomes
- Strong capability in developing experiential learning programs that build capability, enhance engagement, and drive business impact
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, with experience applying evidence-based L&D methodologies to deliver impactful learning
- Advanced facilitation skills across in-person and virtual environments, including coaching, webinars, and events
- Experience conducting training needs analysis and translating insights into targeted learning plans
- Proficiency in developing interactive eLearning using Articulate 360 and complementary tools, including animation and video editing
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with a track record of building trusted relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes
- Well-developed organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Personable and approachable communication style, with a consultative approach and strong interpersonal skills
