The Opportunity

We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced Management Executive to join our Sydney office on a 12 month fixed-term basis.

As the Management Executive, you will provide high-level, proactive business support to the Global Chief People Officer (CPO) and the Global Chief Marketing Officer (CMO).

Some of your main responsibilities will be;

  • Complex diary coordination for the Global CPO and Global CMO, demonstrating strong prioritisation skills and the ability to anticipate scheduling conflicts across multiple time zones and stakeholders.
  • Managing multi-leg travel arrangements, ensuring seamless itineraries aligned with firm policies.
  • Overseeing the accurate and timely processing of expenses and invoices, ensuring full compliance with firm policies and liaising with finance as required.
  • Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes and administrative systems, driving efficiency and best practices across both the Brand, Marketing & Communications and People & Culture functions.
  • Ensure all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, upholding the highest standards of integrity and confidentiality.

  • Experience supporting senior executives, particularly in managing complex diary and travel arrangements.
  • Exceptional organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and competing demands under tight deadlines.
  • Strong written communication skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of drafting correspondence and assisting with presentations quickly and accurately.
  • A high degree of integrity, discretion, and confidentiality, with the resilience and ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.
  • Advanced proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel).
