Manager/Senior Manager – Valuations
Location: Sydney, NSW
Salary : Circa 140-180k including super
We're looking for a Manager/Senior Manager – Valuations to join a market-leading Sydney Valuations team, building client relationships with a diverse portfolio from innovative start-ups to global infrastructure asset managers and major corporates.
Responsibilities
- Guide and prepare clear, well-structured valuation reports and advice across a variety of purposes from Independent Expert's Reports and Purchase Price Allocations to business, equity, and intangible asset valuations.
- Conduct valuation assessments using a full range of methodologies, such as financial modelling.
- Oversee research, providing clients with insights into comparable companies, transactions, industry trends, and market conditions.
- Contribute to business development initiatives and drive expansion of valuations practice.

Qualifications
- A relevant degree or professional qualification in accounting or finance.
- Strong experience in accounting valuations, ideally gained in a professional services setting.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to coach and guide junior team members.
- A proactive, independent working style with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
- Additional qualifications such as CFA, MAppFin, or equivalent will be highly desirable.
