We are seeking a data-driven and detail-oriented Mobile App Growth Analyst to join our team in Australia. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing mobile application performance, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategies to enhance user engagement, retention, and overall app performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, knowledge of mobile platforms, and the ability to convert data insights into practical growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyse mobile app performance data, user behaviour, and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Track and evaluate key performance metrics, including downloads, user engagement, retention rates, and customer activity.
• Develop strategies and recommendations to improve app visibility, user acquisition, and overall application performance.
• Analyse user feedback, ratings, and app store reviews to identify areas for improvement.
• Work closely with product, marketing, and development teams to support mobile growth initiatives.
• Prepare reports and deliver actionable insights to assist business decision-making.
• Keep up to date with Australian and global mobile app trends, digital market developments, and growth strategies.

Requirements:

• High school qualification or equivalent; experience in analytics, digital marketing, mobile applications, or related fields is preferred.
• Strong analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of mobile applications, digital platforms, app store optimisation (ASO), and user engagement strategies.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
