Job Description

• End-to-end payroll processing across multiple client portfolios
• Interpret and apply relevant awards, legislation, and compliance requirements
• Manage payroll queries and provide exceptional client support
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of payroll processing cycles (weekly, fortnightly, monthly)
• Maintain payroll records and reporting with high attention to detail
• Handle superannuation, PAYG, and statutory obligations
• Reconciliations, audits, and payroll reporting
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth service delivery
• Support system improvements and process enhancements

The Successful Applicant

The Ideal Candidate Will Bring

• Proven experience in end-to-end payroll (preferably outsourced or high-volume environment)
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, awards, and compliance
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to manage multiple clients or payroll streams simultaneously
• Strong communication skills with a client-focused mindset
• Experience with payroll systems (e.g., ADP, Micropay, Chris21, or similar
