About the role:

As a People Experience Partner, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how our employees experience work every day. You’ll partner with leaders and teams to deliver initiatives that enhance engagement, wellbeing, and inclusion, ensuring our people feel valued and supported throughout their journey.

This is a part-time role, 3 days per week with flexible working days.

What will you get to do?

• Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on all aspects of employee experience.
• Drive initiatives that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing culture.
• Support onboarding, career development, and engagement programmes.
• Collaborate on wellbeing and safety strategies.
• Analyse feedback and data to continuously improve the employee experience.
• Champion change management and communication for people-related projects.

About You:

• Proven experience in HR, People & Culture, or a similar role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to influence and build relationships across all levels.
• Passion for creating meaningful employee experiences.
• Knowledge of employment legislation and best practice HR principles.
