What We’re Looking For In You
- Cert III or IV in Aged Care or Individual Support (Ageing) with HLTHPS006 (Assist Clients with Medication Skill Set)
- Recent National Police Check (issued within 12 months)
- Genuine empathy that shines through your care
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- A true team player who thrives on collaboration
- Passion for continuous learning and improvement
- Whole-person awareness (physical, social, emotional)
- Excellent time management and tech skills
- Sharp clinical judgment and problem-solving ability
About The Role
- Provide daily personal care and support to residents
- Keep accurate records and documentation
- Communicate professionally with residents, families, and staff
- Maintain privacy and handle feedback or changes sensitively
- Work flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, and nights
- Need reliable candidates available weekdays and weekends for permanent part-time
