Position: Personal Care Worker
Salary: $68,000- $72,000 per annum plus 12% superannuation
Hours: 38 hours per week
Mode: Full-time
Location: 38 Turora Street, Moulamein, NSW 2733
Experience required: Minimum 1 year of relevant experience

Moulamein Retirement Village Inc T/A Edward River Gardens, is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Worker to join our team. Duties and Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Assist residents with mobility and accompany them during daily activities.
• Provide support with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs.
• Perform housekeeping tasks such as cleaning and laundry.
• Arrange and participate in social activities to engage residents.
• Offer companionship and emotional support to promote well-being.
• Assist with shopping and running errands as required.
• Must be prepared to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications:

• Certificate III in Individual Support or related
• Medication qualification (Preferred but not mandatory)

Other Skills and Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience
• Experience in aged care or disability services preferred.
