Product Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Product Manager who can translate customer problems into clear well-structured product requirements and partner closely with engineering to deliver high-quality scalable solutions. This role sits at the intersection of customer insights business needs and technical delivery perfect for someone who thrives in fast-moving ambiguity-rich environments.

You will be responsible for defining what we build and why ensuring the team is aligned clear and focused on delivering meaningful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

• Understand customer needs market trends and business priorities to shape product direction.
• Maintain and refine the product roadmap for your assigned domain.
• Translate strategy into clear problem statements and measurable outcomes.

Requirements & Documentation

• Create high-quality epics user stories acceptance criteria and supporting artefacts.
• Validate user flows logic and edge cases before handoff to engineering.
• Ensure requirements are concise accurate and aligned to business goals.

Collaboration & Delivery

• Work closely with engineering design and stakeholders to ensure shared understanding of scope and priorities.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies (planning grooming standups retros) and remove blockers where needed.
• Provide timely clarification to engineering and decision-making support during development.

Customer & Stakeholder Engagement

• Conduct customer interviews feedback sessions and product discovery activities.
• Partner with Customer Success Sales and Operations to understand real-world usage and pain points.
• Communicate product decisions and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Quality & Outcome Ownership

• Ensure features delivered meet functional technical and user experience expectations.
• Track success metrics and iterate based on learnings.
• Maintain a high bar for accuracy validation and product judgement.
