Are you an experienced Educational Manager ready to lead a small (but growing) cluster of Outside School Hours Care services in South Australia?
About the Role:
- $90,000 – $96,000 salary package includes superannuation and incentive payments. Additional travel allowance is also applicable as well as business tools such as Laptop, iPad and smartphone
- Lead, manage and train a cluster of OSHC teams.
- Completing daily visits to centres and regular educator training sessions forms an important part of this leadership role.
- This position reports to the National Programs Manager. It’s based in Adelaide and includes travel to Melbourne once a month for meetings, training and professional development.

About You:
• Past people management experience in childcare is a strong advantage.
• Demonstrated area management or remote team management experience is favourable.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain excellent relationships internally and externally.
• Proven past success in management in any sector with the ability to demonstrate measurable outcomes.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Current SA Working with Children's Check, First Aid HLTAID012, and Child Protection Training or willing to obtain.
• Current driver's license and own car (travel allowance provided).
• Completed a Diploma or above in Child Care, Education, Community Services, or equivalent.
