Working within a supportive People and Culture team, you will play a key role in attracting and securing talent across a broad range of positions.

Your new role

As a Recruitment Officer, you will coordinate and administer end-to-end recruitment and selection activities, ensuring efficient and effective recruitment outcomes that align with organisational needs.

Working closely with hiring managers and stakeholders, you will provide recruitment advice, coordinate selection processes and support continuous improvement initiatives across the recruitment function.

What you'll need to succeed

You will bring proven recruitment experience and a strong understanding of contemporary recruitment and selection practices.

• Minimum three years’ experience in a recruitment, talent acquisition or recruitment administration role, or relevant qualifications with demonstrated experience
• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and selection processes
• Experience interpreting Awards, Enterprise Agreements and employment-related legislation
• Well-developed behavioural interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building capabilities
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage confidential and sensitive information with discretion
• Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Human Resources Information Systems
• Knowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Discrimination and employment legislation requirements

Desirable:

• Diploma in Human Resources, Recruitment or a related discipline
• Previous experience using HRIS platforms
• Experience recruiting within a large or complex organisation
• Knowledge of industrial relations frameworks and workforce planning principles
