The role
Permanent Night Shift RN – Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday – Join Our Compassionate Team!
A perfect role for an experienced Registered Nurse to join a residential aged care home in North Sydney.
You will provide holistic care and deliver best-practices in person-centred care. You will lead our care team to deliver safe and effective both consumer choice and clinical care to our residents. You will be responsible for ensuring that our consumers receive the care they need with dignity, respect and involving them in all decisions about their health.
Who we are looking for
We are seeking experienced Permanent Night Shift Registered Nurses with aged care experience.
- Must have at least two years' experience in a similar role, preferably in aged care
- Excellent clinical knowledge and competent documentation skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to coordinate services, supervise staff when necessary
- Professional, friendly disposition, and have the ability to remain calm in a very busy aged care home
- Self-motivated, trustworthy, takes pride personal appearance.
- Team player, leading/in charge experience desirable
- Strive for excellence in care and service for our people
Essential Requirements
- Bachelor of Nursing
- Current AHPRA Registration
- Knowledge of E-case system will be highly regarded
