You'll help individuals rebuild their independence through expert clinical assessments (FCEs, ergonomics) and by engineering smart, sustainable return-to-work pathways that truly stick.
What your day looks like:
- Lead the Way: Manage end-to-end rehab-from initial assessment to successful outcomes.
- Clinical Excellence: Deliver high-quality FCEs, workplace, and ergonomic assessments.

- Collaborate: Partner with clients, employers, and insurers to keep everyone moving forward.

What you'll bring:
- Qualifications: Degree in OT, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
- ✅ Credentials: Full AHPRA or ESSA registration.
- ⏳ Experience: At least 6 months in a similar role.
- Mobility: Current driver’s license, reliable car, and full AU working rights.
