About Your Role
Scope has a new and exciting opportunity for a Senior Financial Analystto work within ourStrategy & Impact Division.
Reporting to the Head of New Business you play a critical role in evaluation potential New Business including Merger and Acquisition opportunities.
In addition you will assist the Head of New Business to identify opportunities undertaking in-depth financial and non-financial analysis of target entities.
Your Key Focus
- Assist with development and implementation of Scopes overall New Business and Merger & Acquisition strategy to drive growth
- Identify new service lines potential merger/ acquisition targets
- Undertake evaluation of target companies including financial operational industrial relations IT and cultural aspects
- Communicating with and coordinating various senior internal and external stakeholders including SLT/ ELT
What We Look For
- Exceptional proficiency in financial modelling valuation and scenario analysis
- Qualified Chartered Accountant membership
- Strong understanding of industrial awards (preferably in disability sector)
- Understanding of the NDIS business models
- Proven ability to step into a leadership position and manage internal and external stakeholders
- Experience in Financial Planning & Analysis Merger & Acquisition will be highly beneficial
