Senior Salesforce Solution Lead with NV1 clearance-Sydney/Melbourne/Canberra/Perth/Adelaide

1. Minimum 5 years experience in a senior or lead role delivering enterprise-level Salesforce projects .
2. Specialist Salesforce technical skills including:
   • Deep expertise in Apex LWC Aura and front-end technologies (JavaScript/HTML/CSS).
   • Strong proficiency in declarative configuration (Flows Permission Sets Security Models).
   • Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud ideally Public Sector Cloud.
   • Demonstrated capability in Salesforce solution design including creating solution diagrams technical documentation and architecture-aligned designs.
   • Proven experience in diagnosing and resolving development configuration and deployment issues.
   • Demonstrated experience managing releases through Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines .
3. Excellent communication skills with the ability to prepare persuasive evidence-based recommendations for senior decision-makers.
4. Current NV1 Security Clearance (mandatory).
5. Experience designing and delivering portal and console interfaces using Lightning and Omnistudio .
6. Demonstrated experience in implementing and maintaining Azure DevOps CI/CD Pipelines specifically for Salesforce workloads.
7. 2 days /month work from Canberra office
