A Federal Government Department is seeking a skilled Senior SAP S/4HANA Specialistto support a major enterprise ERP modernisation program. This role focuses on designing and delivering SAP BTP Integration Suite solutions that connect SAP ECC6, SAP S/4HANA, and a range of SAP and non-SAP enterprise systems. You will work within a highly collaborative technical team delivering modern, API-driven integration solutions in a complex environment. The successful Senior SAP S/4HANA Specialistwill be offered an initial 12-month contract with the view to extend.
The successful Senior SAP S/4HANA Specialist will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Designing and delivering integration solutions using SAP BTP Integration Suite
- Developing integrations across SAP ECC6, SAP S/4HANA, SAP and non-SAP systems
- Implementing API-first and event-driven integration patterns
- Configuring CPI, API Management, and messaging services with robust error handling
- Supporting go-live activities, documentation, and knowledge sharing
The successful Senior SAP S/4HANA Specialist will have experience in the following:
- Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI, API Management, Event Mesh)
- Proven experience integrating SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA in complex environments
- Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns, APIs, and messaging technologies
- Experience delivering secure integrations using OAuth, certificates, and mutual TLS
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical design capabilities
