This is a 100% office-based role for a resilient, vibrant individual ready to serve as the true "voice of the business." If you thrive on reactive schedules where no two days are the same, this is for you.
Your Role:

Efficiently allocate technicians across urgent emergency breakdowns and planned maintenance.

Act as the first point of contact, troubleshooting enquiries for corporate strata managers and field technicians.

Step away from the desk for 5–10 minutes daily to physically pick warehouse parts, helping you master components for accurate client quoting.

Use simPRO to keep jobs tracked, structured, and transparent.

About You:

Proven experience in service coordination or dispatch within Strata, Facilities, Plumbing, Construction, White Goods, or similar trade services.

You take pride in showing up ready to roll.

Calm under pressure, highly adaptable, and possessing excellent communication boundaries.
