About the Role
We are currently seeking experienced Site Foremen / Site Supervisors to join a well-established construction company delivering a range of residential, multi-residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on construction professional who can confidently manage day-to-day site operations, coordinate trades and subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily site activities and construction works
- Manage subcontractors, trades and site personnel
- Ensure works are completed according to plans, specifications and project schedules
- Monitor site progress, quality and workmanship
- Coordinate materials, deliveries and site requirements
- Conduct toolbox meetings and maintain a strong safety culture
- Ensure compliance with WHS requirements and site procedures
- Liaise with Project Managers, contractors, suppliers and other stakeholders
- Identify and resolve issues that may impact project timelines or quality
- Maintain site documentation, records and reports
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to a high standard
About You
- Previous experience as a Site Foreman, Site Supervisor or Senior Leading Hand
- Strong understanding of construction processes and site management
- Experience coordinating subcontractors and multiple trades
- Strong knowledge of WHS and construction site requirements
- Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings and specifications
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently and make decisions on site
- Relevant construction qualifications are highly regarded
- White Card required
