The opportunity
We are seeking a Site Supervisor for a project in Adelaide. As a Site Supervisor at Hindmarsh you will partner with the Project Manager and Site Manager to manage site activities.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinate on site construction activity including sub-contractors labour and delivery of materials
- Oversee the standard and progress of subcontractors work
- Liaise with subcontractors to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget
- Participate in the development of and the management of the project in accordance with the specific Project Management Plan
- Obtain a thorough understanding of the scope associated with the contract documentation
- Ensure adherence to SQE policies and compliance with the Hindmarsh Management Systems
- Ensure that site issues and subcontractors are managed in accordance with the National Code of Practice for the Construction Industry
Required skills and experience
- Previous experience in the construction industry
- Trade background preferred
- Leadership and communications skills
- White Card First Aid & Fire Warden
