Software Engineer

That requires serious engineering foundations.

We’re looking for a Software Engineer to help shape the core systems that power our AI Operating System. You’ll design, build, and optimise the platform infrastructure and customer-facing capabilities that our users rely on every day.

What you’ll be doing

• Building core platform services and scalable customer-facing features

• Writing clean, testable, production-grade code in a fast-moving AI environment

• Designing and improving distributed systems and high-performance APIs

• Collaborating closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to shape practical, buildable solutions

• Driving quality and reliability through testing, monitoring, and automation

• Improving performance and scalability across the platform

• Contributing to engineering standards, tooling, and architectural decisions

• Owning delivery end-to-end, from idea to shipped product

What you’ll bring

• Strong experience with modern backend languages (e.g. Ruby, Python, Go)

• Experience working on distributed systems, platform services, or high-scale APIs

• A pragmatic mindset, you care about what ships and how it performs in production

• Comfort operating in ambiguity and helping create structure where it doesn’t yet exist

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative, low-ego approach

• Curiosity about AI-native systems and excitement to build in an AI-first environment

• A bias for action and follow-through
