Forklift Driver/Loader Duties:

• Picking and Packing orders, which involves collecting products and
getting them ready for dispatch.
• Checking incoming goods against invoices and inspecting them to
ensure they are free of damage.
• Loading and unloading of trucks of inbound and outbound goods.
• Using warehousing machinery, such as forklifts.
• Sorting items and placing them in the correct location on shelves or
in bins.
• Complying with safety requirements to ensure a safe work
environment following OHS policies and procedures.
• Maintaining a clean and tidy work area.
• Other tasks may apply from time to time such as using hand tools
and operating machinery.

• Conducting stock takes
• Conducting cycle counts
• Creating shipping invoices
• Replenishing products into storage

Worker skills and qualifications

• Forklift licence.
• Organisational skills.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interpret and process shipping invoices.
• Ability to lift 25Kg.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to take initiative and work with minimal supervision and
guidance.
• Willingness to be flexible with work hours.

• Reporting and recording any safety or maintenance issues with plant and equipment, including all MHE
• Liaising with other members of the team

Qualifications, Experience & Knowledge

• Forklift license essential
• Fit and healthy, and capable of lifting various weights
• Background in Warehousing and Logistics
