Role Purpose

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Director to lead the management and growth of our most strategic client accounts. In this senior role, you will be responsible for shaping client strategies, fostering long-term relationships, and ensuring the delivery of outstanding results. You will work closely with executive leadership to align client initiatives with broader business goals, while driving revenue growth through innovative solutions. Summary

  • Lead and oversee the management of key client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for C-suite executives and senior decision-makers.
  • Develop long-term strategic account plans, ensuring alignment with both client objectives and the company’s business goals.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing high-level insights, strategic recommendations, and tailored business solutions.
  • Oversee the successful execution of multi-year, high-value contracts, ensuring client satisfaction and project success.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to shape overall client management strategy, ensuring alignment with corporate growth initiatives.
  • Drive account growth through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding service offerings to meet evolving client needs.
  • Negotiate large-scale contracts and partnerships, ensuring favourable terms for both parties while maximizing revenue potential.
  • Monitor and analyse client performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions where necessary.
  • Mentor and lead the account management team, providing guidance, training, and support to help them reach their full potential.
  • Represent the company at client meetings, industry conferences, and networking events, positioning the organization as a thought leader.

What we are looking for in you

  • 8-10+ years of experience in senior account management, client services, or a similar role, with a proven ability to manage strategic, high-value accounts.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience mentoring and developing account management professionals.
  • Exceptional relationship-building and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence decision-making at the C-suite and executive levels.
  • Deep understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and client challenges, with the ability to offer tailored solutions.
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth and successfully managing large-scale projects.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM systems, business intelligence tools, and financial modelling.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment while maintaining a focus on client satisfaction and business outcomes.
