What Youll Be Doing
- Provide person-centred support to participants in SIL homes
- Assist with daily living tasks cooking cleaning personal care and medication prompts
- Support community access social inclusion and life skill development
- Encourage independence and confidence in daily routines
- Maintain accurate documentation and uphold high professional standards
What Were Looking For
- Qualified Support Workers with at least a Certificate III in Disability Individual Support or Aged Care
- Prior SIL or NDIS experience highly regarded
- Compassionate dependable and great at building rapport
- Hold a Current First Aid & CPR Certificate NDIS Worker Screening Check and Drivers Licence
- Committed to providing exceptional consistent support
