Following a positive year, our client in Sydney is expanding its Commercial & Development team, focusing on senior white-collar roles across energy infrastructure and renewable energy in Australia and New Zealand.

The Role
You’ll work with power developers, investment banks, utilities, network service providers, consultancies and investors, recruiting across areas such as:
- Legal
- Finance
- Commercial
- Energy markets & trading
- Investment & development
This is a 360 recruitment role working within an established and credible business.
About You
- 5+ years’ experience in recruitment (Senior or Principal level)
- Background in niche, specialist white-collar recruitment
- Strong presence – confident, credible and client-facing
- Comfortable picking up the phone and driving activity
- Collaborative mindset and strong desk ownership
Benefits
Location: Sydney (4 days in office: Mon–Thurs)
Salary: $90,000–$110,000 + 12% super
Senior: 25 days AL | Principal: 27 days AL | Sponsorship available | 6 months threshold-free commission
Direct energy experience isn’t essential – specialism, credibility and commercial acumen matter more.
This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who wants autonomy, grown-up conversations with clients, and the chance to build something meaningful in a high-growth market.
