Team Leader – Home and Community Support
Location: Alice Springs, NT
Employment Type: Full-time (38 hours per week, Monday to Friday)

About the Role
We are seeking a Team Leader – Home and Community Support to oversee a team of Disability Support Workers. This role ensures the delivery of high-quality, person-centered services that empower individuals with disabilities to achieve their goals, promoting independence and community participation. You will coordinate daily operations, support staff, and foster positive client outcomes in alignment with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Framework.
Key Responsibilities
As a Team Leader, you will:
- Lead, mentor, and support Disability Support Workers to deliver client-focused services.
- Ensure compliance with NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
- Supervise staff performance and facilitate onboarding.
- Monitor service quality and address operational gaps.
- Coordinate rostering and manage program resources effectively.
What We’re Looking For
- Relevant qualifications in disability or community services (e.g., Cert IV in Disability, Diploma of Community Services).
- Valid Driver’s License, NDIS Worker Screening, and Police Clearance.
- Proven leadership experience in disability or community services.
- Strong understanding of NDIS principles and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
