Your Role:
As a Team Leader you will:
-
Lead mentor and supervise a team of support workers.
-
Work collaboratively to ensure the effective delivery of support services for CYP with complex needs.
-
Partner with CYP diagnosed with disability and/or complex behaviour needs to achieve their goals.
Key Requirements:
-
Advanced leadership problem-solving and conflict resolution skills (including de-escalation strategies).

Demonstrated ability to motivate and performance manage a team.
-
A person-centred approach and ability to work positively with diverse communities.

Certificate IV or Diploma in Disability Community Childrens Services or similar (or identifying as Aboriginal and willing to work towards one).

Experience supporting individuals with complex needs and behaviours of concern.
-
Mandatory: Current NSW Drivers licence NDISWC Paid WWCC First Aid/CPR.
