Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organised Warehouse & Distribution Coordinator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, and managing inventory levels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a strong attention to detail. Please note that this position is casual and may be subject to seasonal availability. Ability to grow within the company and secure a part-time or full-time position.
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials
- Pick and fill orders from stock
- Pack and ship orders
- Manage inventory levels and ensure accuracy of stock counts
- Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment
- Assist with other warehouse duties as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred
- Ability to operate a forklift and other warehouse equipment (Desired)
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
