The Role

We are currently seeking a Workshop Administrator to join our Jandakot team. In this permanent full time role, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with administration tasks on projects planning from tendering to execution and reporting
• Document formatting and data entry
• Compiling business correspondence and maintaining registers
• Coordinating workshop operations to ensure compliance with regulations and company standards
• General administration duties as required

What You will Need

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience in a similar role, with the ability to demonstrate:

• Experience in an office environment, with exposure to reception and broad administration duties
• Confident user of Microsoft Excel and Office 365
• Knowledge of Pronto, SAP and Ariba is highly desirable
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
