About this role:

  • Part-time role working Monday-Friday 10:00am – 2:00pm (negotiable)
  • Timesheet auditing and data entry
  • Fleet Insurance & repair coordination
  • Fleet Registrations Auditing and processing
  • Spare Parts – Good Inwards & Receipting
  • Administration Support 

About you:

  • A working knowledge of earthmoving equipment, heavy vehicle, and light vehicle servicing and repair processes is desirable.
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar fleet coordination, maintenance planning, or workshop administration role (preferred).
  • High-level proficiency in data entry, Excel/spreadsheet management, and reporting.
  • Experience using fleet or maintenance management software systems (e.g. MEX, Maintenance Connection, or similar).
  • Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and strong sense of urgency.
  • Effective communicator with the ability to liaise across multiple stakeholders (internal teams and external suppliers).
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Current “C” Class Driver’s Licence.
