This is an ideal opportunity for professionals with excellent communication and organisational skills who have experience in aged care, the NDIS, or client support roles. You'll play a key role in ensuring services are set up smoothly and accurately for those who need them most.
Key Responsibilities:
Contact clients to confirm and update service agreements in a clear, respectful, and empathetic manner
Accurately document client conversations and case notes
Maintain and manage data in Excel spreadsheets and internal systems
Liaise with aged care providers and internal teams to coordinate services
Ensure all client information is handled with confidentiality and compliance
Deliver friendly, professional support while working independently from home
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience in aged care, NDIS, disability support, or customer service
Strong administrative and organisational skills, with high attention to detail
Confident using Excel and other digital tools for tracking and reporting
Excellent verbal and written communication
A proactive, empathetic, and client-focused approach
Ability to manage a high-volume workload while maintaining accuracy
A current Blue Card and NDIS Worker Screening Check are essential
Contract Details:
Start Date:Monday 19th May
Duration: 2 weeks, with potential for extension
Location: Fully remote (you must have your own reliable internet and quiet workspace)
Hours: Full-time, Monday-Friday
